This tattoo design is a drawing of a Bornean Tandan Buah (bunches of fruit) tribal tattoo. It is most likely a representation of what the center of a snake fruit looks like since they are the only fruit on the island that both shares this pattern and grows in bunches. I have actually had some difficulty researching this exact design.
