Mother Tattoo Designs

Mom, Ma, mother, mommy, all go back to childhood and, if you were lucky enough to know your mother, what you called your female biological incubator. Mom tattoos go back a hundred years or more but rose to their highest popularity during World War Two when boys going to war would get something from home for good luck.

In modern times mothers are actually getting tattoos to represent motherhood. The bond that they share with their child or children. It is said that, initially, there is no stronger  connection between two people than that of a mother and her child.
