This tattoo design is a drawing of a neo-Polynesian tribal band. It shows a centralized Sun built of Tiki gods protecting an island as well as each other. The rays of the Sun are mountains and two fronds below mimic water. The top row of the band is fish coming and going with pandanas leaves marked by goal markers, the second two are pandanas flowers. The fourth row is comprised of spear heads and the bottom row is Kamehameha's great path. To me this represents life in general as it has symbols of ancestors, offspring, protection, goals, success, home, and the bonding of everything. To me, the fish coming and going represents the ups and downs of life, or the gains and losses. This is a 3xl sized image, so a large format printer will be required.
